Four devotees from Bathinda killed in car-bus collision

Kaithal (Haryana): Four people were killed and several others seriously injured in a tragic road accident near Kyodak village in Kaithal district on Monday morning. The mishap occurred when a speeding car collided head-on with a Haryana Roadways bus.
The deceased, all residents of Punjab’s Bathinda district, were travelling to pay obeisance at the historic Gurdwara Sahib in Pehowa, Kurukshetra, when the accident cut short their journey.
According to eyewitnesses, the impact of the collision was so severe that the car’s front portion was completely crushed and overturned onto the roadside.
Local residents immediately alerted police and assisted in rescue efforts.
The victims had to be pulled out of the mangled vehicle using a crane and a gas cutter.
Police confirmed that four car occupants died on the spot, while the injured were admitted to a private hospital in Kaithal, where their condition remains critical.
