Punjab Breaking: Employee’s DA Case-High Court defers hearing to July 9
Chandigarh, July 7, 2026:
The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Tuesday heard the case pertaining to the pending Dearness Allowance (DA) dues of Punjab Government employees.
After hearing detailed arguments from both sides, the High Court adjourned the matter and fixed July 9 as the next date of hearing.
The case relates to the payment of pending DA arrears to Punjab Government employees, an issue that has been under judicial consideration. Further proceedings will now take place on July 9.
