ADC cancels Grown Immigration Services licence
Ferozepur, July 17, 2026: The Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Ferozepur, Dr. Amandeep Kaur, PCS, has cancelled the licence of Grown Immigration Services under the provisions of the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012 and the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Rules, 2013.
According to the ADM, the licence holder, Ashish Kumar, son of Rajiv Singh Bawa and a resident of Golden Enclave, Phase-I, Ferozepur City, had submitted a written request on March 19, 2026, seeking cancellation of his licence. Following the receipt of a police verification report, the administration cancelled the licence with immediate effect under Section 8(1) of the relevant provisions governing travel professionals. The licence was originally valid up to May 15, 2026.
