Sanjiv Arora’s Bail Case Breaking: High Court seeks ED Status Report on Sanjeev Arora’s bail plea

Chandigarh, July 7, 2026:

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued a notice to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and sought a status report while hearing the bail plea of former Punjab Cabinet Minister and AAP leader Sanjeev Arora, who is in judicial custody in a money laundering and alleged GST fraud case.

Meanwhile, proceedings in the case are also underway before a special court in Gurugram, which has fixed July 10 as the next date of hearing.

Arora was arrested by the ED in connection with the case and remains in judicial custody, while his legal team continues to seek bail.
