ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਚੋਣ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਸਿਬਿਨ ਸੀ ਦੇ ਵਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੋਟ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
